Frost’s 700 manual liquid soap and sanitizer dispenser is practical, economical, and durable. This unit’s all-purpose push type dispensing valve is suitable for easy flowing liquid or lotion soaps, sanitizers as well as shampoos and conditioners. Additionally, the 700 can accommodate gel sanitizer or liquid alcohol solutions. Typically, these products are used in healthcare, schools, malls, restaurants, office buildings, gyms and recreational facilities, and other commercial properties. For locations requiring a cost efficient liquid soap or sanitizer solution, this dispenser is an ideal choice.

Dispensing

Frost’s 700 dispenses soap and sanitizer manually by pressing the front lip of the unit toward the mounted surface. This product is also universal; meaning, the unit is non-proprietary and dispenses soap and sanitizer from standard commercial suppliers. This allows the end user to avoid getting locked into supply contracts and should save them money on their janitorial supplies. To refill this product hold the body of the unit and open the top cover by pulling up in order to expose the reservoir. Once unlocked, refill with desired and compatible soap or sanitizer. The unit dispenses liquid in one drop of approximately 1.5 ml.

Installation Guidelines

For unrestricted access, bottom of the unit to floor must be between 38.1cm to 121.9cm (15″ to 48″). This dispenser comes with standard combination screws and plugs. Mark mounting holes against the mounting surface using a pencil and level. Use a screwdriver or power drill to drill screws and back plate in the desired mounting surface and attach the dispenser. Alternately use adhesive pads on smooth dry surfaces (note adhesive pads not provided). Please note that it is recommended that all installations be conducted by a qualified tradesperson. Failure to do so may result in serious injury. Please read and follow any additional installation guidelines provided with the products.

Maintenance

Normal preventative maintenance and cleaning will keep Frost products functioning properly and may extend normal product life. Products should be wiped down with a damp soft cloth periodically. Do not use harsh detergents or chemical cleaners. For general dirt and blemishes on painted steel or plastic use warm water and mild soap, or a general mild cleaning solution. When using any type of cleaning solution, spray onto a discrete area to test before full usage. After the cleaning agent is applied, wipe off with a clean soft cloth or sponge. It is recommended that units be periodically rinsed out with warm water to prevent soap build up that may hinder the performance of the valve. It is also recommended that users avoid harsh chemical cleaners when cleaning the outside of the unit.

Warranty

If any product or part proves to be defective within 12 months from date of shipment from the factory it will be repaired or replaced without any charge including freight costs when authorized. Costs resulting from the installation or removal of defective products are not covered under this warranty.
